Pan Tuscan Chicken

Woop woop! Another one-pan wonder comin atcha. Are you surprised? Of course not. You’re onto it. Simple. Fresh. Vibrant. No need to ramble on about anything else. Dinner on the table in 30 mins with minimal washing up… what’s not to love? You can use an abundance of herbs in this dish, should you want to join us in flavour-town. I didn’t want to lengthen the ingredients list unnecessarily, so simplified it to just thyme, since we’re also using it in the slow-cooked brisket this week.
